How we handle personal information when you visit this site or contact us.

Scriptatic Limited ("Scriptatic", "we", "us") is based in Montego Bay, Jamaica. This policy explains what personal information we handle when you visit scriptatic.com or contact us, and why.
What we collect
- What you send us. If you email us, message us on WhatsApp or use the contact form on this site, we receive your name, contact details and anything you tell us about your business and systems.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider may log standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.
This site does not use advertising cookies or sell advertising.
How the contact form works
When you submit the contact form, Cloudflare processes the submission and checks it for automated abuse using Turnstile. Resend delivers the enquiry to our Microsoft 365 email inbox. We send your name, email address, optional company name and message to these providers as needed to deliver and respond to your enquiry. Please do not include passwords or sensitive records.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss how we might help.
- To provide and support services, if you become a client.
- To keep this website secure and working.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (for example email, website hosting and WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and governed by its own terms), or where the law requires it.
Retention and security
We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable business record. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.
Your rights
We aim to handle personal data in line with Jamaica's Data Protection Act, 2020. You may ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, subject to the law.
