Microsoft Dynamics GP

Keep GP working. Plan what comes next.

We have worked with Dynamics GP since 2003. We help you integrate it, extend it and plan a controlled path to modern software.

Key Microsoft Dynamics GP lifecycle dates

Microsoft has published end-of-support dates for Dynamics GP (see its lifecycle page). Knowing them lets you plan transitions on your terms rather than under deadline pressure:

New GP licenses no longer sold
Since this date, Microsoft no longer sells Dynamics GP licenses to new customers (perpetual licenses ended April 1, 2025).
End of product updates and support
Product enhancements, regulatory (tax) updates and technical support from Microsoft end.
End of security updates
Security updates and patches, if needed, are available until this date. Plan to transition before it.

These support and security milestones apply to GP under the Modern Lifecycle Policy, subject to staying current. Older versions under the Fixed Lifecycle Policy have their own dates. April 2026 was a new-customer licensing milestone, not a universal end of support.

How we help Dynamics GP users

1. Customisation and development

Custom development for Dynamics GP, which we have done since 2003.

2. Integration

Customisations that bridge GP and your other systems, so data moves between them without re-entry.

3. Data and reporting

Sanitising data so reporting and other functions work better.

4. Migration planning

When you are ready to move off GP, a phased migration that keeps daily operations running.

Make your next step a practical one.

Tell us where the work gets stuck. We'll help you explore a way forward.
